Et ainsi vers la Normandie et la Bretagne
For those that don’t speak French (that includes me!) the title says ‘And so to Normandy and Brittany’. From that you can deduce that we’re off travelling again. This time over the channel to Northern France and a tour of Normandy and Brittany. We have timed it for now as the schools go back tomorrow and things should hopefully be quieter! Our journey will take us from Newhaven to Dieppe on the DFDS ferry (after a day walking in Sussex) followed by a 3 week exploration of France’s 2 northern ‘departments’ before taking the Brittany Ferries route back from Roscoff to Plymouth. We may then linger in Devon/Cornwall for a bit depending on how we feel. Such is the freedom that van life gives you. A bientot
